"We", "us" and “the company” means Gallop Equestrian Limited "You" means the person using our services
International orders will be accepted subject to the payment of additional delivery charges.
We are strictly a wholesale business, our minimum order is £100 (ex. Vat). Orders below this value are subject to a £10 NET Surcharge. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order from any area in United Kingdom and outside United Kingdom.
Delivery Charges within Mainland UK:
• Orders up to £300 (ex Vat) have a courier charge of £11.00.
• Orders over £300 (ex Vat) have FREE delivery
• Orders are sent by our couriers next day service (subject to area).
Delivery Charges to Northern Ireland:
• Orders up to £500 (ex Vat) have a courier charge of £15.00 per box.
• Orders over £500 (ex Vat) have a reduced courier charge of £7.50 per box.
• Orders are sent by our couriers 2-3 day service.
Delivery Charges to The Republic of Ireland:
• Orders up to £500 (ex Vat) have a courier charge of £10.00 per box.(min £25.00)
• Orders over £500 (ex Vat) have a reduced courier charge of £5.00 per box.(min £25.00)
• Orders are sent by our couriers 2-3 day service.
Charges outside the UK:
• All orders with a shipping address outside the UK will incur an extra charge for Postage & Packing. We will advise the additional charge once we have received your order enquiry.
Every effort will be made to fulfil promises of despatch and delivery to the address shown on the order but no liability for failure to do so can be accepted. Despatch will only be effected to the customer's own premises unless the company has specially agreed to the contrary. The company reserves the right to make delivery in instalments and, in this case, to tender a separate invoice in respect of each instalment.
We will aim to dispatch any orders placed before 9:00am within 4 working days. Orders placed after this time will aim to be dispatched within 5 working days
The company accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer's failure to comply with our carrier's requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage, non delivery of goods.
Goods should be inspected on receipt and damage/shortages advised in writing to the carriers and ourselves within 3 days.
Non delivery must be advised in writing to the carriers and ourselves within 10 days of date of invoice.
We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
All prices invoiced will be those ruling at the date of despatch.
Prices throughout the price list are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling.
V.A.T. Packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods. Our preferred method of payment is BACS and Credit card.
Cheques are to be made payable to "Gallop Equestrian Limited" and will have to clear before the order can be dispatched, which may take up to 5 working days.
The company reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to delivery.
Once an order has been placed, payment must be received in full within one week, or the order will be subject to cancellation.
Retention of Title
a) Title to goods supplied will remain with the Company until full payment is received by the company.
b) Goods supplied against uncleared funds remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. The Company reserves the right to require the customer to deliver back to the Company immediately any goods supplied and not paid for.
c) The Company retains the right to enter upon the customer’s premises to repossess goods not paid in full.
d) Where the company cannot retrieve goods and require legal action to recover the debts, reserves the right to pass on all legal and associated costs additionally to the outstanding amounts
Technical
By using our website you agree that Gallop Equestrian Ltd will not accept responsibility for any economic losses, any loss of goodwill, reputation or indirect losses due to any technical errors on the Website or delays out of our control.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions without notice.
Throughout our website, we have included Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) on all of our products. These RRPs are to provide you with what we expect our products to sell at, additionally telling consumers what we suggest our RRPs to be.
To ensure our products aren't devalued, we aim for our products to sell Within 15% of the base prices listed.
If there are any items that ever need returning, these guidelines must be followed:
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Any return received with courier/postage labels stuck directly to the products will not be processed.
You MUST express your wish to return the item by contacting us via email: contact@gallopequestrian.com or call us on 00 44(0)1902 454771, and subsequently filling in this form.
Credits
We are unable to offer direct refunds, and any overpayments will be credited to the customer's account.
Credits will be processed on the users account within take 3-5 days, and will be balanced against a subsequent order placed with ourselves. You will receive an email with your credit note attached for your reference.
If you include proof of purchase, delivery will be credited for any returns sent to us, else we will only be able to credit a standard value of £4.00.
Faulty items
We make every effort to ensure all goods are dispatched in excellent condition, unfortunately faults do occur from time to time. Should there be a problem with any of our goods please return with a detailed description of the fault. We will carry out an inspection and contact you from there with the best course of action.
Please note that goods will not be deemed faulty if the fault is not a result of manufacture, but has instead been caused by wear and tear or misuse.
A restocking charge will occur if there are no faults with the returned goods. The restocking charge will amount to 25% up to 30 days from delivery, and 50% over 30 days. Returns must be accompanied by the date of purchase & invoice number, without this information goods cannot be processed.
We understand that privacy is important to you, and we promise to look after your personal information. Any personal information you provide to us will only be used and recorded in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will not share or sell any information about you to any other party.
In accordance with legislation under the Heath & Safety at Work Act 1972, Gallop Equestrian are unable to handle any horse clothing or equipment unless it is cleaned & dry.
To open a trade account with Gallop Equestrian, an application form must be requested and completed and then returned.
To qualify for a trade account, the following criteria must be met:
The applicant must be VAT Registered, and provide a valid VAT number, and;
The applicant must own a physical equestrian based retail premises, or;
The applicant must own an established, fully functional and regularly updated equestrian based e-commerce website.
At Gallop Equestrian's discretion, an account may be opened with a conditional deposit and a Minimum Opening Order Value (MOV). The Deposit is non-refundable unless balanced against an opening order.
Upon receipt of the deposit, trial access to the website will be granted for a period of 28 days, after which the account will be considered inactive and closed down.
If an opening order is placed within the trial period, and the order value is above the value of the MOV, the account will be upgraded to a standard account and the 28 day limit will be removed. Furthermore, the deposit will be deducted from the value of the order.
If an opening order is placed below the MOV, we would ask that an additional order is placed within the 28 day period beginning from the time the deposit was paid to bring the total value up to the MOV, otherwise the order will be refused and the trial account will be revoked.
